Returns Policy

At ROSHAS, we are committed to providing authentic, premium fragrances that arrive to you in perfect condition. While every item is carefully checked before it leaves our store, we understand that exceptional situations may occur. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns or exchanges may be considered.


Returns or exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order, and only under specific conditions. The perfume must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging. If the item has been opened, sprayed, or shows any signs of use, it will not be eligible for return or replacement — even in cases where the wrong item was delivered.


In cases where a product arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during delivery, or if you received an item different from what you ordered, we will review the case and offer a suitable resolution. We may provide an exchange or store credit once the claim is verified. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos and order details.


If your order included our in-person inspection service at the time of delivery (معاينة), you are required to check the item before accepting it. Once accepted, any issue reported afterward may not be eligible for return unless the product is proven defective upon opening.
